It’s rare to create something that becomes more than the sum of its parts when we can't fully appreciate the depth of the medium we are working with.

Which is why the process of making remarkable artifacts begins with choosing a medium that we seem uniquely drawn to.

A filmmaker sees more than pixels on a screen. A novelist sees more than ink on a page. A chef sees more than food on a plate.

When we can’t help but see the potential of what’s set before us we are well on our way to making something special.
